Summer is all about having fun and fun starts with outdoor activities in our home. I don’t mind the heat, but I do not want to feel ill from experiencing fun in the sun.
Exercise and outdoor activity are wonderful and necessary parts of a healthy lifestyle so I try to spend as much time staying active from gardening to biking as I can. Today I will share 3 tips to beat the heat so you too can lavishly live out loud and enjoy that summer!
3 Tips To Beat The Heat
Hydration. Water is so important to our bodies, I don’t even know where to start. If you do not drink enough water, you might get a headache or even no have delivered great stool moments. Water plays an integral part in our daily lives and 32 oz is simply not enough.

Seek Out The Shade
Don’t hang out in the sun, it will just make you warmer and a hot mess. While the sun feels good, heat exhaustion can occur, so seek shelter when possible. If you can not find shade make sure to wear a hat and to wear sunscreen. Sunscreen is very helpful in protecting your precious skin from the harmful rays that we once worshipped.
