My motivation to stay fit and be fit were inspired by a recent trip to the Doctor’s office. I absolutely loathe placing prescriptions into my body because they need to be pumped out, and medications just are not body friendly.
The need for more daily energy is what is all-consuming to me at current and it is not about pumping pills that just work my liver out. Imagine if you spent just about 20 minutes a day doing some sort of physical activity and then used that as a springboard to do a bit more each day. I can personally tell you that increasing exercise each day is actually addictive, more than any drug out there and how you feel afterward is awesome.
I am providing a healthy foundation for my family to follow in my footsteps by staying active and off of the devices that keep most sedentary. Here are my 4 tips to keep yourself energized all day long so you too can lavishly live life out loud and celebrate each day.

Today’s discussion is sponsored, but tips and tricks are my own. My readership is important to me and I post things that are relevant. Motivation comes from the eyes of my 3 children, who need their Mom around, so to me staying healthy requires more than just doing on the thing, there are multiple ways to gain energy. Remember you are the example your kids will follow, pave a good road.
Eat small portions of food every two hours. The key is keeping your blood sugar where it belongs. I am not talking about binging on your favorite junk foods, but clean foods like Almonds and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, or an Apple smeared with Almond Butter, that is where the small portions of healthy snacking are.
Skip any beverage that is a Caffeine-injected beverage, all juices and keeps the water bottle. The sugars contained in juices, caffeine drinks, and the sodium are more to battle than they are worth. Also, as a side note, the energy in those bottles are temporary as it surges your energy and then lets you fall like a cement pole out tumbling for the ground.
Get up and exercise. It does not matter if you park your car further, take a walk for lunch, or vacuum the whole house, just get moving for 20 minutes without stop, the difference is insane.
Vitamins and supplements are very necessary for any lifestyle from vegan to meat-loaders. We all lack the proper amount of vitamins and supplements our bodies need in order to function at optimum level.
Enhance What You Are Doing
Who ever said a little push in the right direction might not be positive? Here’s a hint at what you can do to help yourself along.
