I bet at least one of you can relate to this personal story. Last year was our worst grilling and party experience EVER. We were having my parents over, and what should have been a great night was about to become a disaster. Before everyone arrived, I had prepared the meats (basting, marinating) and all of the sides so that we could just hang with a glass of wine and some beer and wait for the food to be grilled.
