No.1 Arroz Verde
A spin on the traditional Mexican Green Rice. There are a lot of versions of green rice, but I find this one to be very easy, which is why it made my list for Cinco de Mayo party recipes. It’s all about the color and the flavor in this dish, and it’s loaded with easy-to-find ingredients that won’t have you running around like a Mexican jumping bean to find them!

You’ll make the butter ahead and use it on everything from lobster and fish tacos to your corn on the cob! Insanely flavorful and only as intense in flavor as you decide. Try it on Fiesta popcorn or your grilled chicken!

These little firecrackers can pack a punch of heat if you add jalapeno peppers, or some fiery salsa, so dress them up and sling back a margarita, because this is one of those really versatile Cinco de Mayo Party recipes or Mexican party food you will LOVE!

One of my all-time favorite Mexican desserts for a party is a churro, but they are always fried. This recipe is for a baked churro, and you won’t be mixing any ingredients to make the dough for the churros because it is already made, and this Hack is brilliant!
