How To Make Air Fryer Snowmen
Preheat The Air Fryer
Begin by heating your air fryer to a robust 400° F. A quick spray of nonstick ensures your snowmen will be easy to release after cooking. Alternatively, you could use an air fryer liner.
Combine the Air Fryer Snowmen Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, a generous helping of cinnamon, and a touch of salt. Introduce cold butter, cutting it into the dry mixture until you achieve a sandy, pebbly texture.
Roll Out The Air Fryer Snowmen Dough:
Drizzle in ice water, stirring until the dough just comes together. Roll it out on a floured surface until it’s about 3/8-inch thick, which promises snowmen of substantial stature.
Cut Out The Soon To Be Air Fryer Snowmen
With your snowman cookie cutter, assertively press into the dough and carve out your figures. Arrange them in the air fryer basket with space to expand and breathe.
From Dough To Air Fryer Snowmen
Set your snowmen to cook for four minutes, or until they puff up and take on a golden-brown hue that whispers of cinnamon-sugar dreams.
Finishing Touches For The Air Fryer Snowmen
Once cooked, brush each snowman with melted butter. This not only adds flavor but also acts as an adhesive for the confectioner’s sugar and cinnamon blend you’ll sift over the top.
Filling and Assembly Of The Air-Fried Cutout Snowmen
Slice the snowmen horizontally and spoon in a layer of the rich brown sugar mixture. Gently reassemble, allowing the warmth of the cookies to meld the flavors.
The result? A charming batch of Air Fryer Snowmen that stand out not just for their whimsical shape but for their exquisite layers of flavor and texture. Serve them alongside a warm beverage, and watch as they become a new cold-weather favorite in your home.
Method Two For Air Fryer Snowmen: The Quick Serve
When the clock’s ticking and your sweet tooth can’t wait, this swift variation is your ticket to instant gratification. No slicing, no filling, just pure and simple indulgence.
After your snowmen have had their air fryer adventure and are basking in their golden glory, take a pastry brush and lovingly coat each one with a generous amount of melted butter. This not only gives them a delectable sheen but also primes them for the final touch.
Grab your sifter and cascade a blend of sugar and cinnamon over these buttery figures. The mixture adheres beautifully, creating a layer of sweet, spiced goodness that rivals any filled counterpart.
Opting for this method doesn’t just cut down on time; it keeps the focus on the subtly crisp texture of your snowmen, highlighted

Each recipe will yield about 18 cookies again, depending on your cookie cutter size.
The only other note about this recipe is the fact that an air fryer cookie is a little more time-consuming than a tray of oven cookies.
Since I can only do 4 to a batch maximum of 6, you do have to wait 4 minutes between batches.
However, the ROI (Return on Investment), is fresh, with no additives, no preservatives, no oven heat, and big smiles! Enjoy ~ Dana XO
