As a traveling gal and a mom, I look at travel as a source of relief from the everyday mundane. Travel is about sourcing the best of the best, and travel is a time to just be.
Today’s post while sponsored contains my personal content and thoughts to help you find your travel retreat.
For me, travel is about spending time together. There are Spring break options that require flights (for us it is for getting to sunny and warm destinations), and of course, there are others that we drive to.
Simple & Fun
Spring Break ideas can be as simple as a visit to a different local playground each day of the week or
as complex as hiking to the tops of canyons.

We usually rent out a cottage near a lake so the boys can go fishing and hiking. Our other favorite spring break option is to go on a road trip where the kids can explore the great outdoors.
I have never been to Clearwater Aquarium but I have heard about it from a few friends. It is definitely a place I’d want to add to my bucket list.

These are all awesome suggestions for spring break vacation spots for the family. We haven’t done any planning yet, I have to ask my kids for their opinion though. They are all grown and they may have other plans.
These are some great ideas to spend the spring break with the family. I completely agree on the point that traveling and such experiences help in catalyzing a child’s future. Definitely keeping it in mind when our family grows. 🙂

There are certainly some great ideas in this post. I must admit that the hiking option would be my favorite. There’s just something about getting away from it all and connecting with nature that refreshes the mind, spirit and improves your health and outlook.
Great ideas! I remember that childhood days too that my sister and I dreamed for a family out. Nowadays the most that we can gather every member is thru a buffet.

These are all awesome suggestions for a spring break vacation destination. However, this year, we chose to do a road trip and take advantage of our local attractions. It would not only be more affordable but it will also teach the kids to appreciate what we have locally.
