Let’s Cook Chilean Honey Salmon
Ingredients
½ Pound Salmon
1 Tsp Chili Powder
Dash Pepper
1/8 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/8 Tsp Ginger
Dash Mediterranean Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
1 Tbsp. Honey
Process:
Fill Steamer with water to max level.
Place avocado oil on foil and then place Salmon on foil
On Top Of Salmon: honey, chili powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper.
Set Timer to 15 minutes cover and allow to steam.
Carefully remove at end of cooking cycle, watch to not get steam burned.
Served with your favorite side (or see our Broccoli Tortellini or Asiago Rice & Zucchini)

Tips and Tricks
Use a Foil Packet to keep all the seafood juices contained.
If using Frozen Salmon use the lowest steaming basket as it is closest to the heat source.
Garlic that is fresh has more Zing to it and minced garlic works just as well.
Add a little Smoked Paprika if you want a tad more of a ‘smoked’ taste rather than a Chilean flavor.
