Some days the harder I try the harder things get in today was one of those days. I began baking with the best intentions of making cupcakes for my kids. One set that would be purple and one set that would be blue to satisfy both the boys and girls in the house. I lined my tray and I quickly made the batter. What I did not anticipate is how many trays I would need to make these cupcakes. Call it poor planning and execution, lack of coffee or that fact that it is a Monday and I have all the excuses I need to recant my mistake, which actually turned into this story. Here’s my tale of lavishly living life out loud creating a cupcake baking improvisation as I go. Are you ready to DIY in cupcake creation? Here’s to cupcakes and innovation in the kitchen.
Using Innovation In Baking
Spring happens this weekend to celebrate in ring in the new season that I highly anticipate I’m ready in baking with bright beautiful bold colors those of purple and blue. Pretty soon all of the tulips and crocuses will be coming up and the high since it is the most wonderful beautiful spectacular time of the year. I love to hear the birds chirping and to see the sun peaks through the clouds. Shortly the leaves start begin to bloom on the trees and to me, there is no better way than to celebrate with fresh baked goods in the kitchen. Remember it is still cool enough outside to run the oven at any time during the day, making it optimal for baking — hoorah! With my spirited start and zest to get ‘er done, I ran into a little problem. I got a little too excited about baking and I forgot I did not have enough cupcake pans to fit what I was doing. Here was my quick solution and it worked perfectly.
No problem there I simply took out a round white pie pan took out my cupcake liners and put them into here. See how easy these fit into the round baking dish. Now you might start worrying about the weight of the batter and if they will weigh over the sides, but you stay consistent and only fill them up halfway they do not leak and it will not spill over. All is well that ends well in cupcakeville.
This round pie pan worked better for me than stopping what I was doing and running out to the store for an additional cupcake pan. I’ve done this before but today was the first time I actually thought about writing this great baking tips for you. It’s time to lavishly live life out loud it’s spring it’s time to celebrate get baking make those wonderfully light-colored cupcakes those that resemble the outside beautiful pastel colors that are about to bloom in abundance. Lavishly live creative DIY in the kitchen with this simple innovative twist.
