When the night of Halloween comes creeping into your home it can either be very a magical evening with happy kids or a very mayhem-like time when the kids are crying for food, and you are try to flip through the pantry to dig up some cool treats. Planned preparedness is not always possible, but if you buy the colors of the season you can make some of the best spooky treats out there. I like to think of myself as crafty, but trust me, I am not going to icing and paste things together for little goblins to shove down in a bite. I made the following mix so that my son with severe food allergies could enjoy a snack along with his siblings! My cauldron cooks when it has to but it also lets the cobwebs grow when I can allow, so the snack I am about to share with you is all about the taste, the fun, the crunch and the color of the season. Here’s my story of an Easy Halloween Snack that will be enjoyed by every little ghost, goblin, witch and devil out there! Cheers to lavishly living and surviving the Eve of Halloween with ease and imaginative snack preparation!
Easy Halloween Snack
So often when holidays roll around my youngest son with severe food allergies can not enjoy all the snacks that his siblings can eat, so I created this little mix with foods he could eat even with his food allergies. Do remember, food allergies differ, so just because this did not trigger his particular food allergies your experience and allergies may differ. Read all the ingredients before preparing for children or adults with food allergies!
The brands of the products used won’t matter, but what will matter is the fact that you have created an amazingly simple snack that is black, orange, and yummy. We went shopping to a few stores to gather our ingredients.
