Easy Maple Chipotle Salmon
Gather your ingredients which are few in number and let’s get ready to rock this recipe.
1 fresh slab of Maple Chipotle bacon
1/2 Pound of Boneless Salmon
Dash of Pepper and Salt
1 Fry Pan & Lid
Chop bacon into smaller pieces and place in pan.
Chunk Salmon into 4 pieces and set on top of bacon.
Lightly dust with salt and pepper.
Cover and place heat to medium low heat.
Allow to cook until flaky without turning.
The intense flavor of the bacon will transition throughout the salmon, and cook this on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes. There is no need to turn, flip or do anything to the salmon and bacon while it cooks, just let it cook covered and do not allow the bacon to burn. The thicker, quality cuts of bacon can be purchased at your fresh meat counter or deli. Thicker is best for this type of pan sauteeing.
