What Side Dishes Pair Well With Pan-Seared Lamb Chops With Fresh Herbs and Spices?
No matter which school of thought you subscribe to, there are a few things to remember when choosing side dishes for lamb chops. Adding a suitable side dish to your lamb chops can make or break the meal. Fortunately, there are many delicious options to choose from. Here are a few of our favorites:
First, think about the flavors that will complement the lamb chops. Second, consider texture when choosing side dishes. You’ll want to have a mix of both hard and soft foods.
Roasted potatoes are always a classic. They pair well with the savory flavors of the lamb and season to your liking. A simple green salad is an excellent option. The freshness of the greens will contrast nicely with the richness of the lamb.
For a heartier side, try roasted vegetables. Carrots, Brussels sprouts, and squash all go well with lamb. They’ll add some color and nutrition to your plate, and roasting brings out their natural sweetness.
We also love green rice with the lamb dish. It is an excellent contrast of taste!
No matter what you choose, enjoy your lamb chops with a delicious side dish!
