I love to shop, and you all know this, but after we bought a rather large SUV, parking has become super hard and turning into those spaces has been very difficult. I often bypass parking spaces because my swing is off or because I am sure that the person who I am parking next too won’t be able to get into their vehicle. Sometimes before I go to a particular Dr. or parking lot the fear of parking sets in because I know I can not get the vehicle we own into normal spaces, and I hate getting worked up about something before I even get to where I am going!
I particularly dislike parking far away on days it rains and this happens so much that I am often a sopping wet, water rat by the time I get to the vehicle. I have to park further away in order to find spaces that are not too tight, or not too small, but just right. Goodness I sound like Goldilocks and the Three Bears!
Enter the KIA SOUL
My normal rounds at the stores have been changed and I am parking in normal parking spaces, without over-compensating for the turn in swing and I am not getting wet beyond all recognition because I am parking closer to the doors of the stores! This makes Pittsburgh Frugal Mom, one happy shopping MOMMA and a happy Parking Lot Momma!
With a car loaded with kids and carts loaded with groceries and products life has become a lot more manageable and the apprehensiveness I feel when it is time to go to a store has disappeared.
