Wake up to a meatless breakfast sandwich, that is easy to make, a little hot (if you want it to be), and plant-based friendly!
Mornings are always a rushed hassle, between getting the kids out the door, getting the little kitty set up for the day and her litter cleaned and finally tending to myself for work, I kind of find myself harried.
I am often famished in the morning as this is the meal of the day I enjoy, but I don’t eat meat as most of you know, so the alternatives are not always easy. My solution has been vegetarian crumbles that I found at our grocery store and I am sure they are nationwide.
The meatless breakfast sandwich I have made also does not have a bun, and can be served in either a cup, mug or a bowl with a spoon or a fork.
This is one pan easy, quick and out the door, and when I say Under 5 minutes of prep, I mean under 5 minutes, because who has more than 5 minutes to spare?
Are you ready to lavishly live this food recipe for a meatless breakfast sandwich out loud and learn the secret to a great morning without the sandwich in hand?
