You must consume the capsules at least 1/2 hour and up to 2 hours before you eat in order to get the proper use of the capsule consumption. You can expect to see less stomach fat, I sure have lost that belly fat that was hanging with me forever, and my energy has increased as well. I feel less ‘gross’ in my belly area, which seemed to fight me no matter how much exercise I offered it.
