Crunch, crunch, a rustling beneath my feet, from crisp and abundant leaf-strewn spaces. As I take a breath in, I exhale slowly to watch my breath slowly expire into little puffs of smoke. The season of autumn is upon us and one I cherish and celebrate each day.
While the coffee flavor of the month is pumpkin spice, the warmth of the java does not transition from the cup to our outdoor spaces. In fact, creating the warmth in an outdoor area allows me to ‘leaf’ my worries behind (pun intended, lol) and indulge in bare branches quivering in the wind while I sit snuggled up.
The most colorful season of the year needs to be savored like the sips of our flavored coffee, little by little. Put on your warmer clothing, and lavishly live life out loud. It’s time to create the perfect lighting for outdoor living spaces. Are you ready to take in the cozy autumn days, as they transition into crisp fall nights?
Perfect Lighting For Your Outdoor Living Spaces
The wind moves in wonderful ways through the tree branches as they blow and sway and the bare branches quiver in the wind. Suddenly, you have stumbled upon what you have been missing it is as if a ‘light’ bulb has gone off in that noggin of yours.
Personally, I am ready for perfect lighting. I am truly exhausted by those branches are knocking on my window without light. The dark fall nights really need to lighten up.
Ready for the ‘WOW’ factor? Don’t worry, I am not about hard DIY projects, rather those that can easily be recreated. In today’s’ feature I will show you how to really create the perfect lighting for spaces and how grand it looks. Grab the extension cords, rakes, leaf blowers and an extra set of hands, because it is time to warm up an outdoor living space in just a few simple steps.
Color Changing Café Lights
Color Changing Café Lights are about to warm up outdoor living spaces. Festive lighting that once up is incredible and useful for every season. Viva the season of Fall. The beginning of my perfect lighting started here. I have 48 feet of lighting, 24 lights on the 48 feet. An accessory kit Lens Shades in an oil-rubbed Bronze Finish.
Yes, these are easy to put together. Simply unscrew the bulb, put on the cap then fasten the bulb again, and snap on the cage, easy peasy! Enbrighten Color Changing Café Lights are dimmable, have a built-in timer and once up perfect for every season. I am already ‘WOWed’ and I have not yet begun! Look at all the colors!!!
After putting them together I walked around the yard and plugged them in, so I could play with the timer and color changer remote control. Call me a play baby, but I love to test these out before I put them up.
This area is one my kids love to hang out especially with pit fires and friends at night. The area is now what it should be, incredibly beautiful and rustic looking.
I love the look and feel of the space, after putting these up, and it truly expands our living area in the dark!
First I added some chrysanthemums and a few pick scarecrows. I have decided that the scattered gold and red leaves are an unending battle, so there they lay!
The festiveness of a few key decor pieces adds to the ambiance, don’t you agree? I found these at a dollar store, so no big investements, but key to a bit more liveliness.
Color changing bulbs, are ablaze with color and reap in the season of autumn color. It just is a great way to keep using the outdoor space even when the season changes.
These are just incredibly awe-striking up close and from afar.
I must show you a few of the colors because I can not decide which ambiance I love the most.
Just like the autumn leaves that change colors, so do my lights. What
Then again I do not have to pick because the remote lets me fade the colors, dim the from color to color or strobe them (a tad more bright).
It seems to me that the lights take away the bleak and desolate and enliven the area. For the darkest nights and the most comfortable, the warmth of color opens up the festivities. Easy installation and of course a pit fire add to the outdoor fun as well!
The ‘just there’ landscaping becomes ‘very there’, and very usable as lighting makes it usable area.
My decoratives shades are in the oil-rubbed bronze finish it is radiant against bark! Perfect for dropping from a branched tree.
It’s amazing what lighting can do for an outdoor space and what once was not really ideal for nighttime gatherings is now unreal with beauty!
It’s as though a field of scarecrows and fall harvest has come to life right in my outdoor living space, it’s lively and pretty.
Lavishly Live Outdoor Spaces Very Lit~
Shine on, harvest moon, as I kick back and enjoy the perfect lighting from and my outdoor space. It’s time for pumpkin and spice with everything nice.
Dana, I love the picture of the outdoor lights that have a warm violet color hanging from all the branches. It also makes a lot of sense that you can just change the bulbs to go from Halloween to Christmas. My wife and I are trying to make our backyard more exciting in the evening. We’re hoping to find some unique decorative lighting arrangements.
I really want to improve the landscaping around my home this spring. Lately, I have been considering adding some new lights around my backyard. I like that you showed how you can use some string lights in a yard. However, I think I would like to have some closer to the ground as well.

We could use this on our country. Particularly on the dark corners!!! Colored lights are just for special events.

IT will bring your Mango tree to life;)
I’m not too much a fan of multicolored lighting but I do agree with you that thoughtfully placed lights make one’s outdoors look alive. What you’ve done is lovely and was handled with much great effort.
TY – Just placing these in the trees is the hardest part which is not hard at all
Looks perfect for the Christmas season. And the scarecrows are a nice touch.
Take a look at this additional outdoor project I have completed with lighting.
When choosing which outdoor light is the right for you be sure to check on how it would blend with the environment. A blue one is a safest light for me.
