Sausage And Such
For this recipe, please note that you can use any sausage brand you want and you can enjoy sweet, mild or hot sausage, that will not change the end result of YUM! What you do not want to do is add too much water, or too little onions and peppers because people love to slather their sandwiches with these toppings and they are so good!
Do find nice sausage buns that can host a sausage sandwich and remember to sprinkle the cheese on, right when it comes off to get maximum mileage out of the heat of the sausage.
