My life has me all over the place with great events and as I most recently sat in a meeting with some very talented Real Estate Agents it became clear as day to me that not only has the way we communicated with society changed greatly it also effects every aspect of our life. Real time status updates lets our phone mark where we are, the exact location are Geo-Tagged and allows us to send and share pictures that are in the here and now. With all the real-time updates sometimes the unexpected can happen. That said, think of the life of a real estate agents, those who are constantly with ‘strangers’ that they know only through paper. Who is guarding, protecting or watching over the real estate specialists as they meet with potential clients, show homes and then vacate the premises and return to their car? Who is really meeting with the agents? What if the client harms the agent? I know this sounds harsh, but the reality of life is the fact things are very different today and safety and security should NEVER be taken for granted. The sad side of realty is that many Real Estate Professionals are abused, hurt, beat up and harmed on-the-job. What if there were a Real Agent Guard that could watches over them or protects them in some way in case someone tried to harm the real estate professional?Technology has suddenly caught up to the criminals that create havoc on our lives and that is what Real Agent Guard is; an app that offers agent safety, agent security, like nothing else out there! The Real Agent Guard App offers things like a panic button, real time check-ins, and GPS Locating which all create agent security and safety. Here’s to lavishly living work out loud as a real estate professional and gaining agent security with with Real Agent Guard.
Meet Hannah, a real life real estate specialist who wants nothing more than client happiness! Hannah works for a local real estate sales company, and Hannah has intercepted a phone call which could end up being a new client! Hannah’s company has an awesome reputation for meeting and greeting clients as quick as they call and getting the clients started into the process of home-seeking. Hannah chats happily with the potential client on the phone and he lets her know that he and his wife would LOVE to check out property on Smith Lane, in Buxton County, PA. The client also advises Hannah that he is short on time, here on a quick trip and brought ‘the wife’ this trip to see what might be available. Hannah is so excited to accept this new client and she would love to close out on the requested property as it has been up for sale for 2 months and her other client just wants to SELL it. Selling and closing out on this listed property would make her goal one above expectation and provide that much needed bonus. In her hurry to meet, greet and capture the client, Hannah happily agrees to meet up with the couple and quickly asks for their basic assets, names, where they are transferring from and if they have been pre-approved. Hannah does not go through all the questions, as she can sense from this client that they really have the want to see this home move along with the process just from all the items he has discussed about the property and viewing it from the outside. The man quickly says he will bring all pre-approvals with them tonight and they agree on a time to meet.
Hannah gets to the property ahead of time, turns on all the lights and makes sure it is still looking good on the inside and then she waits for her clients to arrive. While she is waiting for her clients, Hannah activates her Real Agent Guard App which alerts her team as to where she is. Hannah is complete control of her safety and security at this point, as she is the only one who can control the pin to set the timer and reset the timer to alert her team that she is fine while showing and until the showing is over. Hannah sets her interval to a 15 minute check-in, which is a way to say, “I’m Ok” to her team without being Captain Obvious about it. She logs in, setts the timer and she is off and showing the home.
The countdown timer immediately begins, and when it counts down to 0:00 she will have to affirm she is fine and reset for more time if so needed.
Again, Hannah is the only person able to arm the Real Agent Guard App, and she is the only person who can reset it. This is known as active security and it is critical to keeping that lone agent safe from unneccesary harm. Consdier this, if someone is very aggressive and has lured her to the location just to beat her, then time is working against her. If Hannah can not grab her phone, and can not confirm she is fine, the real time GPS advises location and suddenly law enforcement is sent her way. In addition, if she has taken photos of their license plate ahead of time, those stored photos are also sent, so the police can begin looking for the assailant, have a look at what Hannah Managed to upload.
Thank goodness all is well with this showing, and the couple provides the pre-approval papers they have as well as photo copies of the Driver’s License and the request for a written offer to provide to the firm’s other client… who just wants to sell the house! Hannah has had a safe and secure day from financial greatness to actual wellness.
Are you a real estate professional or a real estate firm? DO you need a way to keep yourself or your agents safe? Think of this as the watchdog that watches from the phone and reacts with a real BITE by sending the local authorities when your agents might be in need. While we don’t like to look at the sad side of life, or that the reality of life is that sometimes bad things happen to good people, being proactive by using Real Agent Guard is truly a way to stay one step ahead of aggressive assailants.
Being inside and out of so many homes with so many clients requires the need for agent safety and agent security, this is the perfect agent safety App to insure that agent safety and agent security. I love the features of the geo-location as well as the PIN being the controlling factor for this. The Real Agent Guard team has taken into account the fact that most agents won’t have their phone in their hand when they would need it for check-in time if they were being assaulted so the fact that NO PIN entered triggers local authority help is a BONUS. Perhaps the most delightful feature of the APP is the ease of use, as you can see from my screen shots, it is just so easy to use that it makes it more likely to be used. Lavishly live real estate agent safety, and real estate agent security out loud with the perfect agent safety App, Real Agent Guard.
