Better yet, instead of eating the whole apple like you might when you buy a whole caramel apple, this is in pieces.
Grab a chocolate apple on a stick and walk away with it, because it is portable and it is a portioned apple chunk

Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops
Since apples are juiciest and best from September through November, I tend to make this more often.
However, truth be told, no matter when I crave something both sweet and salty, this is my solid go-to.
Alright, now instead of chatting about when I eat them, let’s get the recipe rolling for salted caramel chocolate apple pops so you too can crunch, munch, and satisfy your sweet tooth!
Salted Caramel Chocolate Apple Pop Chunks
Simple Chocolate caramel apple pieces on a stick
First and most importantly, I want to tell you, that I don’t take out the seeds, and neither does Mrs. Prindable, so, it’s not a thing!
Consider this, when you eat an apple you know there are seeds and if you make a nice round chunk and cut deep enough (which you must) seeds will be there!
You will be chopping an apple into 3 even pieces, kinda chunky, but portioned.
Also, I have done wedges but they don’t really take to a popsicle stick as well, but they do work on candy sticks for lollipops (but that is a different foodie adventure to discuss later)
Yes, the chocolate will shatter when you bite, but that is expected!
Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops celebrate your preferences
Before I learned how to make chocolate caramel apple pop chunks, I would purchase premade caramel apples, but something was missing.
Chocolate.
Basic apples with caramel were just that basic. NO thanks to the peanuts, which didn’t add anything except scratches to the roof of my mouth.
Then, there were variations of chocolate-covered apples but, only with stripes of caramel, and chocolate.
I am a white chocolate girl, but I love a little deep chocolate flavor, so I’ll share the way to this in my recipe.
For those that love white chocolate make sure to try this White Chocolate Covered Cherry Recipe, and you’ll understand my obsession!
Chocolate Caramel apple pop chunks + the Caramel
Caramel is nice, in small doses, but caramel and chocolate are sumptuous and celebrate each other well.
Since caramel is sticky and complicated to bite, I kind of changed the way I eat an Apple Pop.
Your caramel will come from a different source, and I urge you NOT to skimp on this purchase!
Use the salted caramel in different recipes and atop your coffee, but purchase the good one.
>>>>>>>> In fact, this is my all-time favorite salted caramel sauce. <<<<<<<<<<<
Holy, salted caramel flavor in little drips, I could just drop it on a teaspoon and eat it (yeah, I have done that, don’t just me!)
Make Salted Caramel Chocolate Apple Pop Chunks on Demand
Because you can make this recipe any time you want, as it is both uncomplicated and portion-friendly, I don’t stock up on premade apple pops anymore.
The ingredients are simple and keep in the pantry for a while, so, that is a plus.
To that end, you really just need a good, crunchy apple.
Don’t Forget Your Popsicle Sticks And If You Do….
Order popsicle sticks, or buy them at the dollar tree, whatever rocks your world.
Make sure they are more to the jumbo side for strength in holding up that apple chunk!
Extras Toppings, To Really Get that Sweet and Salty Flowing
So, let’s just say, that chocolate is not enough, nor is caramel.
Let’s call it stacking Apple pops up with some other sweet and salty ingredients.
You’ll definitely want to crush up some pretzels.
Really, crush them, you don’t want to cut the roof of your mouth when you go all-in and shove this baby in!
Also, consider Nilla wafers or graham crackers.
Naturally, don’t forget the sprinkles, they make it pretty, and a little more sugary!
