Dining out is all about gaining a new culinary experience with each bite of food. If you don’t try new foods, life is boring and dining out gets old fast. My palate is all about sinking my fork and teeth into the latest and greatest in new menus.
Taste testing the new seasonal menu at Bonefish Grill is always a grand experience and I will be the first to tell you that you want to get there before the menu disappears. So, lavishly live culinary tasting out loud and let’s get those forks and mouths filled!
The New Seasonal Menu At Bonefish Grill
As a foodie expert, I am always thrilled to be an invited guest of the Bonefish Grill. Through my dining experiences, I choose to share what I feel are the highlights of my experience. Opinions and images are my own based on my experience. My personal advice is to always go online and schedule a dining time, making it sheer perfection from seating to dining! Now on with the grand feast presentation!
Let me be brutally honest, I love that there is a new menu but it’s too hard to choose just one, so I chose a few! Next, I love that there is a thing called ‘Dine & Discover’ at the Bonefish Grill. Make sure you flip your seasonal menu over to see what it is.
I take taste testing very seriously, I pay attention to the look of the plate, the food, the taste and I love when 2 ingredients combine for a robust taste and I will share that with you! (see my scallop dish for details below)
Our Taste Testing At Bonefish Grill
Just in case you did not turn the menu over, let me explain ‘Dine & Discover’ dinner for two includes a Bang Bang Shrimp to share.
Choice of 2 specials. I got the Georges Bank Sea Scallops. Georges Bank Sea Scallops, grilled and served on a bed of parmesan risotto, with crispy Applewood bacon and fresh green beans.
Talk about flavors coming together that risotto and parmesan just sailed with flavor.
Michael chose the Rockefeller Atlantic Cobia. Wood-grilled Atlantic Cobia — a moist, firm fish with a sweet yet distinct rich flavor — topped with creamy spinach and lump crab, served with choice of two fresh sides.
Finally, you get a dessert so we chose a macadamia brownie, with ice cream and delicious whipped cream to share!
There was also a great special happening that night and it was not on the board, not on the menu, but so had to be shared. Meet the small Chilean sea bass with imperial topping. This has jumbo lump crab, scallops, and shrimp with a lemon caper and butter. #GoodEats is the only way to categorize this.
You’ll have to taste the new seasonal menu to believe it but here’s the menu in its entirety, so you don’t feel short-changed.
This was my Wild Orchid Hawaiian Martini total a cup of love served up with Hawaiian flair!
