BRAVO Cucina Italiana
I was a guest of BRAVO! as a member of the media. Story and images are my own. Find more info out by visiting the BRAVO Cucina Italiana website and lavishly living Where To Find Summer Fresh Italian-Inspired Meals.
My family headed to the Robinson Township location to dine out because this mom is tired! The staff was ready and waiting to take care of our meal and I was so happy to see them all! Right now until July 23 you can enjoy the Summer Menu at BRAVO Cucina Italiana,
The 2-course menu features*come with a choice of soup or salad and one of these special entrees ( sliced skirted Steak, Chicken and Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Shrimp & Cous Cous Pilaf). My personal suggestions are included in this post as well because they are delicious and I am sure you will LOVE them too!
This is Chef Larry and our server Cory, you totally want to meet them, they are food savvy and wonderful! (visit that location to meet these food stars!)
Sun In The Shade
What a quirky name for this smooth drink. One word of caution, they are sweet, delicious and they just go down, so you might be down if you drink one too many, they are that good. The Sun In The Shade wins me over for a new summer drink, just put them in my sippy cup, please! What’s in the drink? Bacardi rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and a whole lot of yum!
A Fork & A Leafy Green Crunch
‘I have to tell you the Caprese Salad at BRAVO is done well and done right. The Caprese Salad is a tantalizing treat sure to make any food lover drool and the zest of the balsamic and salt and pepper lead the way to vivid flavor. Fresh heirloom tomatoes, cut into perfect slices with tucked in fresh mozzarella transforms every day into artwork.
Sliced Skirted Steak*
Sliced Skirt Steak, fingerling potatoes, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, Reggiano, lemon vinaigrette, chimichurri make this plate the choice for those meat-eating men and women that want a little more summer plated up with a side of veggies, this ought to meet all your food wishes!
Chicken & Seafood*
So you are the king or queen of indecisive, meat or not meat, or a little of both? Why not fork dive into this combination? Chicken & Shrimp Scampi, white wine, garlic, angel hair, spinach, lemon butter, tomatoes, it’s just plain good. Don’t make a decision, just eat them both!
From The Sea
Grilled Shrimp & Cous Cous Pilaf*, asparagus, grape tomatoes, shaved Brussels sprouts, Reggiano, Marcona almonds, red pepper aioli, arugula, lemon vinaigrette, but don’t expect to bite into a WARM salad, it’s chilled. The asparagus are perfectly crunchy and in pieces that you won’t even have to cut, while the Cous Cous Pilaf mixture offered a nice texture of chewy yet soft, the Chefs at BRAVO have definitely mastered this platter. My favorite part was the crunch of the arugula against the chewiness of the Cous Cous Pilaf.
Berries Make Me Happy
Ingredient-driven Warm Berry Cake Dessert, offers up a house-made butter cake, seasonal berries, vanilla bean gelato and just the perfect amount of sweet without being too indulgent. In other words eat and pretend the berries make it healthier, haha!
