Take a look at a lot of SUV’s and note how big or small they are.
The Jeep Renegade is actually a subcompact crossover SUV perfect for the person transitioning out of a sedan into a larger but not too large of a vehicle.
Are you a bit hesitant to move from that vehicle you are in?
Is your current vehicle a seasonal friend or foe?
After all, the savvy Jeep Renegade can be your all-season companion depending on which model you choose.
From sun to snow, different Jeep Renegades offer something for everyone.
After all, living anywhere in Pennsylvania provides you a front-row seat to all four seasons.
Here’s a look at why a Jeep Renegade is your seasonal friend. Lavishly live driving in every season out loud.
Why A Jeep Renegade Is Your Seasonal Friend
While we change clothes to match every season, you simply can not do that with a vehicle.
We have a few Jeeps and love them. I can’t say enough about them.
Our kids drive them, we drive them and we will buy more.
Once you make a vehicle purchase that is kind of it.
It’s not like you can go into your closet and find one to match the weather.
What you want to consider is the purchase of a Jeep Renegade as it can be the best subcompact crossover SUV you may ever purchase.
While the size of the vehicle is not huge, if you have a small family or a smaller budget, this vehicle may be the vehicle of your dreams.
The cost of a basic Jeep Renegade in FWD (as that comes standard) is about $18,500.
Additional add-ons, as well as AWD, and interior features increase your price as you would expect.
Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer
Depending on which model of Jeep Renegade that you choose will depend on its driveability in all seasons.
Also, take into consideration what part of the country you live in because not all seasons are the same.
For those in the snow areas, consider AWD, instead of the basic provided FWD, you never know what slush and snow conditions will be tossed at you.
Fear not, your Jeep Renegade in AWD will be your best friend in snow and slush.
Additionally, for those with a lot of rain, also consider all-wheel drive.
Since we receive all of the seasons, we experience all of these weather patterns from rain to snow to sunshine!
Heat Those Hands
If you live an area that gets cold a lot, you will love the upgradeable feature of a heated steering wheel.
Why wear gloves while you are driving when you heated steering wheel keeps your hands toasty.
MPG is Fantastic
Expect great gas mileage from about 22 mpg with city driving to 30 on highway terrain.
That means less cost to fuel up and stay on the road.
The Jeep Renegade is available in Sport, Latitude or Limited, all with various pricing ranges making it an attainable vehicle for anyone who wants a fun ride.
Do you ski? Do you Surf? How about do you have a stroller you tote along?
Or maybe you shop a lot? Any of these go well with the Jeep Renegade, there’s plenty of room.
From muddy roads to local roads, from parking spots to parking garages, the size of this SUV is just perfect.
Clearance in garages is not an issue like traditional full-size SUV’s and parallel parking is not an episode either (personal experience).
Get out there and test drive a Jeep Renegade and get ready to experience the seasons in style. Opinions are my own based on test drives and ownership.
