Your 2-month countdown to the holidays has begun. While the clock is racing against you, you have time to save yourself from the holiday bustle.
While I can’t save you from the crazy inlaws, or the awkward questions of, ‘when are you getting married?’ I can help you with airport parking.
Consequently, as you might have guessed, with the busiest season of the flying year, the airports are exceedingly busy. You know this, though because you use these airports over and over.
One of the busiest seasons of the year is about to spring upon you and you need an airport parking reservation to survive the holidays.
For those who out of these airports at least once a year to go home for the holidays), ATL, AUS, BDL, BNS, BUF, BWI, CLT, CMH, DAL, DEN, DFW, EWR, HOU, IAH, LAX, LGA, MCI, MCO, PHL, PHX, PIT, SLC, STL, you know how busy these airports are!
I am about to reveal why you need an airport parking reservation for the holidays at these airports if you don’t already know!
Why You Need an Airport Parking Reservation for the Holidays at These Airports
Originally posted in October 2019 Updated Dec 5, 2019
It’s not pretty, hustle, bustle, TSA swiping things you should not have carried on, and now it’s in the trash. Oh, the joys of holiday travel.
Families with tired kids, overworked employees, smashed luggage, broken luggage, and all the stuff you ‘forgot’ on the kitchen counter!
Managing the impending holiday season takes a resilient person and an organized person.
You need the Parking Spot for the holidays to make life easier. It’s simple.
Head to The Parking Spot, self-park, valet park*, park covered*, just grab that parkin reservation NOW.
Waiting won’t help you when you need to get to the airport and park and you find there are no spaces. Book ahead and be worry-free.
Parking Is Off-Site
Why would you EVER attempt to park onsite at the airport when you know that it is so darn busy in places like Atlanta Hartsfield, Austin-Bergstrom International, Hartford, Nashville, Buffalo-Niagara, etc.
Truly, unless you want to be part of a television exclusive where we all watch the struggles live on tv as you attempt to wrangle parking, let’s reboot what to do.
The Parking Spot offers parking spots, a shuttle, and delivery to the airport. It’s NOT on the airport property, it’s really close.
Instead of trying to find a spot, there’s a Parking Spot waiting for you once you book it.
App Easy To Get An Airport Parking Reservation
Download The Parking Spot App, fill in your information and a Credit Card number, choose your airport, date of departure and return, and confirm.
You will get a reminder note a few days before, and your shuttle awaits.
If you need to change your date and time, go back into the app, it’s that easy.
Additionally, you can use the App to geolocate the driver upon your return to the airport and ping them to let them know you are there.
Just get to The Parkin Spot on your reserved day and time, go to your ‘spot’ and the shuttle driver will do the rest.
I’m Outta Here – App Easy
Once you return to The Parking Spot in the shuttle and get in your car, you will again need your app.
Drive up to the exit, scan your app, the arm lifts and you go.
Since you loaded your Credit Card on there as a payment method, your trip in and out of The Parking Spot is easy peasy.
The Spot Club
The Parking Spot’s Spot Club allows reward members to earn a free day of parking for every seven days paid.
Additionally, you get a free day of parking on your membership anniversary.
Did I mention that members can also swap points for airline miles as well as receive discounts on benefits like free parking?
Bag & Parking Assistance
You will also appreciate the Bag service the Shuttle drivers provide. When it is time to get on the shuttle the driver will load and unload your bag curbside. Yahoo!
Additionally, you will receive a ‘card’ with your parking spot location to hand back to the driver upon return. No need to memorize anything. Mindless parking, love it!
When you are picked up from your return flight, again, the shuttle driver will load and unload your bag.
Remember, it is the holidays, bag lifting is serious work, generously tip your driver, I always do!
Save Me A Spot with an Airport Parking Reservation & Where
For those that don’t have the App, you can go online and reserve a parking spot on your desktop.
Do be sure to become a member, it’s free. Plus the more you park here, the more PERKS you earn (including FREE PARKING). Happy Holidays, lol.
Make sure to PRINT out the reservation or at least send it to your email. The bar code for the reservation is what will be scanned on the way in and out.
Also, it is a good idea to always carry your Parking Spot member card with you. Scanning this card is another method of entrance and it has your reservation embedded in the membership number.
