Air Fryer Parmesan Dusted Garlic Knots

You might think there is some big story behind this recipe, but in fact, the recipe creation of air fryer Parmesan dusted garlic knots was one more of necessity than anything else.  
My youngest as you all know has severe food allergies and some local pizzerias use latex gloves to prepare the dough.  
Any latex contact on food or elsewhere for my son can prove deadly. 
Therefore, I have taken the worry out of one of his favorite eats by creating this recipe at home in minutes. 
The air fryer is one of the best appliances due to its versatility, frying or baking fast. It's revolutionizing food preparation.
To keep this recipe fast, and simple, I chose easy to find ingredients. There are no additives in them, just plain, simple and fresh!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 13.8 Oz Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • Olive Oil 3 TBSP
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • Garlic Salt
  • Parmesan Cheese Powder

Instructions
 

Roll dough out onto a cutting board.  

    Cut dough into equal ¼” strips.

      Wrap each strip into knots. 

        Mix Olive Oil & Garlic in a bowl.

          Dip each knot into the mixture then add a dash with Garlic Salt.

            Place all on a plate

              Transfer Balls 12 at a time to Air Fryer

                Program Fryer for 400° for 4 minutes (please note, the more batches you create the less time each batch will need, so you

                  will probably end up at about 2 minutes per batch rather than 4 minutes)

                    Once timer sounds, open, remove to platter, and dust with Parmesan, serving warm.

                      This will yield about 38 pieces.

                        I do highly suggest preparing your ingredients ahead of time.
                        Tie all the knots before you ever start the air fryer as the procedure will move quickly.  
                        Do dust the knots at the end with a very good Parmesan and allow it to seep into the warm knots.
                        Serve warm, and chill those that are unused (if there are any)
