Although it may be true, we want food fast, fast food is not good for a healthier lifestyle.
Nor is fast food budget-friendly.
Conversely, fast food preparation in your kitchen is a must during the week.
After all, I am sure you are famished when you come home just like me.
I don't like hard-to-create recipes so I never make them.
Rather, I prefer fresh-made-fresh, bowls that can easily be changed up.
Changed up can be as simple as adding in a protein like beef, chicken, pork or seafood.
