  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 3 1/2 C Bread Flour Use Bread Flour (like King Arthur Brand)
  • 2 1/4 Tsp Yeast
  • 1/4 C Sugar

Instructions

Add the ingredients in the order your bread machine indicates; I have written the directions on how I add them in mine.

  • Add in the liquid ingredients: Beer and Olive Oil
  • Next add in olive oil, beer, sugar, flour
  • Atop the flour, use your finger to burrow a hole and add the yeast in that hole
  • Close bread machine, and touch for a 2-pound loaf, dark crust, basic bread.
  • When the bread machine is done making the bread, remove the bread (carefully it will be hot and remove the paddle) allow it to rest on a cooling rack for about 2 hours
  • That's it, and the end result is yummy, light and airy bread that everyone will definitely enjoy.
