Notes

You are going to need peaches.
Let them ripen.
Make sure there are no blemishes on them because that's not what you want for this recipe.
Blemished peaches can be used in baked goods as they bake down and change the texture.
Here, you will want, a blemish-free, unbruised peach.
Rinse it.
Pat it dry.
Slice the peaches it into large wedges, then chunk it into bite-size pieces.
Make sure to nibble along the way, you can always cut a second peach if you run out, just saying.
Don't ReInvent The Wheel- Make It Easy
Homemade Balsamic glaze is easy to make, albeit a tad time-consuming.
However, I love making my own, and I make it and store it.
You can too.
That said, there is also NO reason you have to make Balsamic glaze
In fact, balsamic glaze is readily available in most grocery stores and big-box retailers.
If you can find a balsamic glaze you like there, go to Amazon for Balsamic Glaze
There are a lot of different 'flavors' of balsamic glaze, use one that would taste good against a peach.
From Strawberry balsamic glaze to blueberry balsamic glaze it's all good.
Use leftover glaze on chicken, and seafood after grilling, you'll love it.
