PEGGY’S SIMPLE FRIED SHRIMP

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Brown Lunch Bag
  • 1 C of Flour
  • 2 Tsp Of Pepper
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 C of Canola or whatever fry oil you prefer
  • 12-15 Peeled & Deveined Shrimp JUMBO

Instructions
 

  • Place oil in frying pan and bring to a medium heat on the stove, or in fryer.
  • Make sure shrimp are drained and rinsed
  • Open Lunch Bag
  • Add Flour, Salt and Pepper and then close and shake it a bit
  • Now add a few shrimp at a time to the bag to coat
  • Open Bag, and transfer coated shrimp to the frying pan and allow to fry until golden brown
  • Once Shrimp has browned on one side, turn and then remove once golden on that side.
  • Place on a paper towel to allow to drain.
  • Repeat until all shrimps have been fried.
