In a pot, boil your pasta, keep it al dente - following package directions to achieve, strain, toss with a tablespoon of olive oil to keep it from sticking together and place aside in large bowl.
For The Sauce
In a large skillet, place olive oil and garlic, allowing to slightly brown, add in the box of strained tomatoes, sugar, stir and allow to simmer for about 5 -10 minutes. Stir and remove from heat.
Toss pasta with the fresh sauce, and add the fresh grated cheese and serve while warm.
