Why Pasta Makes Holiday Meals Great

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound of your favorite Pasta Cut
  • 1 Box of Strained Tomatoes
  • 1/2 C of Fresh Grated Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp of Sugar
  • 3 Cloves of Freshly Minced Garlic

Instructions
 

For The Pasta

  • In a pot, boil your pasta, keep it al dente - following package directions to achieve, strain, toss with a tablespoon of olive oil to keep it from sticking together and place aside in large bowl.

For The Sauce

  • In a large skillet, place olive oil and garlic, allowing to slightly brown, add in the box of strained tomatoes, sugar, stir and allow to simmer for about 5 -10 minutes. Stir and remove from heat.
  • Toss pasta with the fresh sauce, and add the fresh grated cheese and serve while warm.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers
