Pressure Cooker Dr. Pepper BBQ Pork Strips

Ingredients

Pork Loin chops cut into ¼” strips

Canola Oil

Minced Garlic

Hot Pepper Flakes
Pepper & Salt

BBQ Sauce
whatever brand and flavor YOU like best

Dr. Pepper
You can use Root beer too

Brown Sugar
Instructions
Slice pork into equally thin slices, about ¼” each.
Turn Pressure Cooker to Sauté.
You will be lightly searing the meat before cooking in Pressure mode.
Add Oil
Add Pork Strips
Add Garlic
Add Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes
Allow to sear, and turn as the strip sears. Turn off Pot.
Dr. Pepper BBQ Mixture - Process to do before adding in to pot
In a bowl, mix Dr. Pepper, and BBQ then stir.
Add in Brown sugar, using a fork to mix thoroughly.
Now, add this mixture to the meat, and mix.
Place lid on Pressure Cooker
Choose Meat/Stew preset 25 minutes

Pressure Build: 10 minutes
Meat Cook time: 25 Minutes
Total Time: 54 minutes
