Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Oz Uncooked Mushroom buttons washed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic
  • ¼ Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Butter cut into equal slices

Instructions
 

  • Clean Mushrooms, allow draining.
    Pressure Cooker to Sauté/Fry
    Add Olive Oil, Garlic, Mushrooms.
    Sauté, moving mushrooms, and garlic around.
    Add in butter pieces
    Turn Off & add in Bread crumbs and Parmesan.
    Cover, Lock, Turn On and choose STEAM for 2 minutes.
    Immediately De-Pressure

    Serve warm with toothpicks.
