Clean Mushrooms, allow draining. Pressure Cooker to Sauté/Fry Add Olive Oil, Garlic, Mushrooms. Sauté, moving mushrooms, and garlic around. Add in butter pieces Turn Off & add in Bread crumbs and Parmesan. Cover, Lock, Turn On and choose STEAM for 2 minutes. Immediately De-Pressure
Serve warm with toothpicks.
