Really Easy Instant Pot Pepperoni Stuffed Meatballs

However, with an Instant Pot or an Electric Pressure Cooker, you can make these pepperoni stuffed meatballs fast.

This recipe is created for those that love meat on meat. 
Actually, it is for those that love a good meatball that is amped up with pepperoni. 
Pepperoni is tucked into this meatball and as it cooks and combines with the ground beef and other ingredients the taste will just send your tastebuds to Italy and back! 
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Additional Time 5 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ C Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ C Milk
  • ½ C Italian Flavored Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ C Pepperoni Cut into small pieces
  • A pound of Ground Beef
  • 1 C Tomato Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl place meat, breadcrumbs, milk, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix together well, it should be firm to touch.
  • Roll Meatballs by the Tablespoon into a ball then flatten in your hand.
  • Add Pepperoni pieces to the middle of the flattened meatball and bring outsides of flattened to the inside forming a ball again and then roll to seal.
  • Place Sauce in Pressure Cooker and then put meatballs into the cooker.
  • Choose the meat setting and decrease the time to 15 minutes.
  • Release pressure immediately.

Notes

If using sandwich pepperoni, cut it into small pieces.
Pillow Pack Pepperoni works great because is small and folds!
Serve on buns, without buns, or on pasta!
Don't saute, in case they stick that is a nightmare (experience talking here!)
Preheat your Instant Pot with the garlic, just as you are beginning to roll the meatballs.
Once you are done and the garlic sizzles, turn off saute and remove the liner from heat.
This will also decrease that build-up time for the Pressure cooker!
Place all the meatballs in the liner and replace liner to the Instant Pot.
Then proceed as instructed.
