Pressure Cooker Hard Boiled Eggs

One of my least favorite foods to prepare is one of the easiest foods to prepare in a pressure cooker.
I dislike boiling eggs in a pot on the stove, and I have had them blow up in the microwave.
Hard-boiled eggs are such a versatile food and ingredient and a protein so I love having them on hand just in case I need them.
You can use an electric pressure cooker, an Instant Pot (it's an electric pressure cooker).
No worries, either way, brand or basic electric pressure cooker, you WILL get the same incredible hard-boiled egg experience that I do.
So don't be shy, pull out the pressure cooker!
Pulling out a pot, measuring water, adding in vinegar, and then praying they don't crack is so Yesterday!
Electric pressure cookers make hard-boiling eggs so much easier.
Kitchen appliances that help me get the job done faster and so much better score high marks!
Grab that dozen of eggs, and let's hard boil them!
It's time to use your pressure cooker to create hard-boiled eggs.

The Pressure Cooker & Hard-Boiled Eggs

For those that don't have an electric pressure cooker, I will always suggest an Instant Pot
Instant Pots are simple to use, and anyone can use them from novice cook to pro.
I had tried my old stove-top pressure cooker for making eggs and what a total mess!
Never did I have success in cooking hard-boiled eggs.
Stove-top cooking with vinegar and cooling always left me with at least 2 eggs cracked.
If the eggs were not cracked they literally were split open.
Add to that the fact that I had to stand and make sure the water did not overboil, it became a time-suck.
Cooking hard-boiled eggs up until my Instant Pot and another brand of Electric pressure cooker had never been successful.
When I got a new pressure cooker as a gift, I said, I gotta try it again, why not right?
This time, I got it all right, and ever since I have been creating hard-boiled eggs for holidays and recipes in my Electric Pressure Cooker.
Using a  Pressure Cooker yields a pleasing result.
