Combine all wet ingredients into the bread maker.Combine dry ingredients except for the yeastAt top of dry ingredients place a small indentation and put yeast inside so it does not contact any liquid.BREAD MACHINE SETTINGS: Choose Sweet Bread Setting ~ 2 Pound Setting~ Medium for Color Allow to cook and when finished remove immediately to a cooling rack.Remove the paddle with the paddle hook puller, use mitts to avoid being burned.
Once the paddle is removed, stand the bread right side up again and allow to cool.
I always use a wooden board for cooling.
After the bread has cooled (at least one hour), you can ice the bread.
Use the simple icing recipe above, combining the ingredients and adding the water ONE Tablespoon at a time. Be stingy with the water if you prefer the icing NOT to run (in other words add less).
