  • 1 Cup Of Milk - Room Temperature
  • 1/4 C of Butter softened
  • One Egg Cracked
  • 1/2 C Granulated Sugar *Optional instead of 1/2 C Granulated make it 1/4 C Light Brown Sugar & 1/4 C Granulated Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 C Bread Flour
  • 2 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast
  • ICING RECIPE can make this while the bread is cooling
  • 1 C Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Water


  • Combine all wet ingredients into the bread maker.
    Combine dry ingredients except for the yeast
    At top of dry ingredients place a small indentation and put yeast inside so it does not contact any liquid.
    BREAD MACHINE SETTINGS: Choose Sweet Bread Setting ~ 2 Pound Setting~ Medium for Color
    Allow to cook and when finished remove immediately to a cooling rack.
    Remove the paddle with the paddle hook puller, use mitts to avoid being burned.

  • Once the paddle is removed, stand the bread right side up again and allow to cool.
  • I always use a wooden board for cooling.
  • After the bread has cooled (at least one hour), you can ice the bread.

  • Use the simple icing recipe above, combining the ingredients and adding the water ONE Tablespoon at a time. Be stingy with the water if you prefer the icing NOT to run (in other words add less).
