Boil Pasta in a Separate Pot, salt with about 3 tsp of salt and while pasta is boiling remove 2 cups of boiling pasta water and reserve for later.
Place Olive Oil and Sliced Garlic in pan.
Allow garlic to brown ever-so-slightly
Once garlic is lightly browned on one side add in frozen broccoli
Add 1/3 C of water
Cover and let the broccoli and garlic saute for about 10 minutes
Uncover, stir, add pinch of red pepper, and salt
Cook until the Garlic is soft and mashes.
Place Pasta, and broccoli mixture in a large mixing bowl, stir and blend, then add the reserved pasta water
Serve with freshly grated cheese
