Easy Pressure Cooker Meatballs In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 28 Oz Can Of Tomato Sauce + 1/2 can of water
  • 2 Tbsp Of Olive Oil bottom of pressure cooker
  • 1 Cup of Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 C of Italian Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Pound Of Ground Beef
  • 1/2 C of Milk
  • 2 Tsp of Basil optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the Olive Oil in a large bowl
  • Place Olive Oil in bottom of Pressure Cooker
  • Mix all ingredients together by hand
  • Once mixed, begin rolling one inch balls
  • Place each meatballs, one-by-one into the base of the pressure cooker.
  • Press the Saute Option on the electric pressure cooker, to lightly brown the meatballs.
  • Open Can of Tomato Sauce while browning the meatballs
  • Once the meatballs are browned, add in the can of tomato sauce and water
  • Place the lid on the pressure cooker
  • Turn the Pressure Gage to SEALING
  • Press Manual and (+) to 5 minutes
  • The Electric Pressure Cooker may take about 15-20 minutes to come gain its pressure and then the pressure will begin to countdown.
  • When the Electric Pressure Cooker is done and the bell alerts you, allow this to cool with the 10 minute Natural Release Method then release the steam by turning it to 'VENTING'
  • Carefully open the lid and you can serve the meatballs.
