Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c Brown sugar

Instructions
 

Induction Pot Method

  • Place in Hot Pot Mode
  • 500°F
  • Combine both the balsamic vinegar and the brown sugar and bring to a boil stirring the entire time.
  • Back the temperature down to 250° and allow it to simmer until thick.
  • It is properly thickened when it sticks to the back of a spoon and you are able to drizzle it. The mixture should not flow easily, rather slowly like a molasses.

StoveTop Method

  • Place Brown Sugar and Vinegar In small sauce pan
  • Stir well and allow brown sugar to dissolve while bringing to a low boil
  • Once it begins to boil, back down the heat, and simmer until it thickens.
