Pressure Cooker Corn On The Cob

Easy to make corn on the cob, juicy and delish! In 2 minutes!


  • 2-10 ears of shucked cleaned corn, silk free
  • 1 cup of water
  • butter for corn
  • salt for cooked corn


  • Place steam rack into inner pressure cooker pot.
  • Place one cup of water into pressure cooker
  • Place Corn into pressure cooker, please note maximum as to not overload
  • Lock Lid, Seal Pressure
  • Press Steam and 2 minutes.
  • Do note that 2 minutes of steaming can take up to 12 minutes to occur as the steam needs to build.
  • Upon end of session and beeps, immediately release pressure, open and remove corn.
  • Add salt and butter as desired.
  • Repeat instructions for more batches of corn.
