To Inner Pot Add Oil, Onions, Garlic, Sausage, and Pepper to the inner pot.
Press Start, Menu, Sauté, Start
Allow to brown sausage for 4 minutes, turning to brown evenly and stirring veggies as you go.
Press Stop/Cancel once evenly browned (about 4 minutes)
Add in Sauce, 1 Cup of Water and place lid on top, lock, and set the pressure limit valve to seal.
Press Start, Menu, Meat/Stew and decrease to 15 minutes, Start
From this point it will take approximately 9 minutes for the pressure to build and then 15 minutes to cook.
When pressure cooker is done, it will signal with beeps allow pressure to release naturally.
