Lobster Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 C of Mayo
  • 2 Tsp of Dijon Style Mustard
  • 12 Ounces of IMITATION LOBSTER found in seafood section in packaging
  • 3/4 of a Cup Shredded Cheese Blend your choice, Mexican, Italian, whatever you choose

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in Processor and blend till smooth.
  • Remove from food processor and then choose serving method
  • Preheat Oven to 375° Fahrenheit and then choose which method of serving you will use.
  • METHOD ONE!
  • You can use bread bowls (GRAB MY RECIPE HERE FOR BREAD BOWLS), which you will remove center and then use the bread pieces and veggies for dipping later.
  • This way requires you to Bake at 375 ° Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
  • Make sure to wrap the whole thing in foil when baking, then remove and serve warm.
  • METHOD TWO!
  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray, add in all the mixture, cover and bake for 25 minutes until warm and bubbly and then serve warm
  • Either way you will want to garnish with crackers, fresh veggies and bread cubes.
