Southern Inspired Air Fried Pickle Chips



  • 36 Sweet of Dill Pickle Chips drained lightly
  • 1 C of Buttermilk
  • 1 3/4 C White Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 C Corn Meal
  • 3 Tbsp. of Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp of Baking Soda


  • Lightly drain pickles and then allow them to soak in buttermilk in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare coating for pickles.
  • Dry Coating For Pickles after Buttermilk
  • Mix Flour, Paprika, Baking Soda, Corn Meal, Garlic Powder, mix well with a fork.

Pickle Coating

  • Place pickles from buttermilk into flour mixture and then into air fryer (you can also dip back into buttermilk really your preference)


  • Spray Air Fryer Basket with nonstick spray
  • Put up to 12 pickles in basket
  • Set Timer for 6 minutes at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
  • Remove when lightly browned
  • Serve with Chipotle Sauce, and lightly sprinkled with Hot SAUCE
