Pressure Cooker Parmesan Mushroom Buttons

Prep Time 5 Minutes Sauté Time: 5 minutes Pressure Build: 5 Minutes Steam Time: 2 Minutes Total Time: 17 Minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Oz Uncooked Mushroom buttons washed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic
  • ¼ Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Butter cut into equal slices

Instructions
 

  • Clean Mushrooms, allow to drain.
  • Pressure Cooker to Sauté/Fry
  • Add Olive Oil, Garlic, Mushrooms.
  • Sauté, moving mushrooms, and garlic around.
  • Add in butter pieces
  • Turn Off & add in Bread crumbs and Parmesan.
  • Cover, Lock, Turn On and choose STEAM for 2 minutes.
  • Immediately De-Pressure
  • Serve warm with toothpicks.
