Easy Bread Machine Parmesan Garlic Beer Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 12 0 z of Flat Beer
  • if you do not have a flat beer, no worries, just add a tsp of salt and let it sit for about 15 minutes that will flatten it out enough to work with, I DO IT ALL THE TIME
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 3 1/2 C Flour
  • 2 1/4 Tsp Yeast
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of garlic powder and garlic salt 1 to 1 ratio.
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Add your ingredients in the method your bread machine advises. My machine designates, liquid, dry, last ingredient Flour then yeast.
  • Add in olive oil, beer, sugar, flour, Garlic Powder/Salt mix, Parmesan and yeast.
  • Close bread machine, and touch for a 2-pound loaf, medium crust, basic bread.
  • That's it, and the end result is yummy, light and airy bread that everyone will definitely enjoy.
  • Remove immediately upon completion of the baking cycle. Invert and remove the paddle. Last, place bread on its side for cooling.
