Fiesta Donuts
Simple donuts, baked not fried, colorful enough for any occasion espeially Cinco de Mayo
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c All Purpose Flour don't pack the measuring cup
- 3/4 c sugar substituations possible read post
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract paste is just a stronger in taste, but you can easily use vanilla extract
- 1/4 c salted butter melted
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 3/4 c milk whole milk, 2% milk, or buttermilk all work well
