Preheat Air Fryer t0 400°F
Place wonton wrappers across the counter
Brush each lightly with olive oil.
Work on an angle and place a piece of cheese in each.
Sprinkle each with basil, and oregano.
Wrap on diagonal, turning insides as you roll, and keeping fingers moist with water.
Once rolled, set aside and complete all.
Then, seal each one (like an envelope) with your fingertip and water.
Optional brush lightly again with olive oil and sprinkle with Garlic Salt.
Air fry them by batches as many as you can fit across and still retrieve them easily.
Check at 5 minutes and they should be oozing lightly.
Remove using tongs or spoon.
Place on tray.
Serve warm (you can get burned be careful)
Add marinara tip dip (optional)
