Preheat your oven to 350°F
Line 2 rimmed baking trays with either silicone mats or parchment paper.
Set them aside.
In one bowl, prepare the first cake mix.
Add to the bowl: white cake mixture from the box, 2 eggs, and 1/2 c of oil.
Mix very well, making sure that there are no dry ingredients left.
Set aside.
Repeat the process for the other boxed cake (the orange and set it aside)
Now, let's work with the white cake mixture.
Divide the dough in half.
Place one portion in a third bowl and color that with food gel coloring (purple)
With the remaining white batter, color it green with food color gel.
Last, leave the 'orange' cake batter as is, as it will be gold.
Now you should have 3 colors: Gold, Purple, and Green.
Slide a prepared cookie tray to your workspace.
Prepare 3 pastry bags (or plastic bags.
Inside each bag, place one color of batter.
Then, one by one, squeeze a .25 size amount on the cookie tray and do the same with the other 2 colors.
You will have created one cookier with three colors.
Continue until you have filled the tray and left enough space.
DO LEAVE Space between them as they will spread some.
Fill the tray.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes and no longer.
Allow the cookies to cool for at least a 1/2 hour before removing them to a cooling rack.
Once they are cool, ice them with melted chocolate (white) following the directions on the bag.
You can add optional sprinkles (I added gold edible glitter).
Enjoy the exploding taste of creamsicle.
