Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 6 oz lobster tails
  • Chili Lime Butter use my recipe provided

Method
 

  1. Make my
    Chili Lime Butter (recipe in the post or touch
    Chili Lime Here!)
  2. Butter needs made ahead of this and is not counted into the air-frying time or this recipe.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer to 380°F
  4. Butterfly the HARD top shell of lobster but do not cut through the tail.
  5. Do cut through the meat as well, and don't cut the shell part underneath (use
    kitchen shears and see blog post for other tips)
  6. Now, use your hands to spread that cut.

  7. Use about 1 tablespoon of Chili Lime Butter per lobster.
  8. Once prepared, place each lobster in the air fryer basket.
  9. Close the air fryer basket
  10. Program for 7 minutes and cook to OPAQUE *
  11. Once the cycle is done cooking and the lobster meat is opaque, pull out and serve immediately.

  12. You can add more Chili Lime Butter if desired.

Notes

*If you use larger or smaller lobster tails, you must adjust your time.
I used 6 oz, and the time was perfect, as you can see.
 
Cooked lobster is opaque in appearance instead of wholesome white
