Method
For The Biscuits
- Preheat Oven to 375° Fahrenheit
- Line one baking tray with parchment paper
- In a bowl prepare Bisquick Mix for dumplings and biscuits
- Drop by the heaping tablespoon onto parchment and bake for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Leave oven on as you will be baking eggs in there.
- In pressure cooker, brown meat.
For The Sausage
- Place in pressure cooker or skillet and brown. Make sure to add a few teaspoons of water so it does not burn.
- Once meat is browned add in one jar of gravy and one jar of water.
- Pressure Cooker for meat for 3 minutes and allow to cool naturally without releasing fast.
For The Eggs
- Spray each glass dish with butter.
- Crack one egg into each dish
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in heated oven and allow to bake until center is set (about 15 minutes, oven temperatures vary so watch your eggs)
For The Bacon
- Place 6 pieces of bacon on a tray and in microwave to heat.
- Allow to Cool then crumble.
For Biscuits and Gravy with Butter Baked Egg and Bacon Crumble
- In a large, wide mouthed bowl (pasta bowls work well), place down 2 biscuits, a ladle filled with gravy and meat mixture, top with fried egg and then bacon crumble or strips.
- Serve.
