Method
- Take all of your prepared apples and place them in a pot (that has a lid)
- Put your water into the pot.
- Stir.
- Top off with cinnamon (covering the apples that are on top).
- *optional - Add in the cinnamon stick and bury it in the middle.
- Mix.
- Cover.
- Cook on Medium Heat for one hour.
- At the end of one hour, remove from heat, set aside.
- When you are ready, take a potato masher, and puree, or when cooled, placed in blender and whip to smooth consistency or preferred consistency.
