  • 4 Tablespoons bacon bits optional
  • 2 Tablespoons Crunchy Nuts optional
  • 1/2 C Creamy dressing your choice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place a wedge of lettuce on a large plate.
  • Follow with chopped cucumber.
  • Next, add red onions and carrot chunks.
  • Toss on nuts, and bacon bits (optional of course)
  • Now generously drizzle with dressing.
  • Top with freshly milled pepper and salt.
  • Serve fresh.
