3 Medium Zucchini (washed and ends cut off)

3 Cloves Garlic peeled and sliced thing

3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Pinch of Mediterranean Sea Salt

Dash of Fresh Milled Pepper

Parmesan Shred

1 Frying Pan
